Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not quite right, here is how returns and refunds work.

Returns

You may return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@ronibe.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will send you a return label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange for a different size is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
